Philosophy
Loveys
Landing is always looking for great long-term tenants. We’ve
been able to maintain a great RV neighborhood by being selective
in our search for tenants. We’re not wanting to build a homogeneous
park. (You know, where every RV looks like the showcase at an RV
show, and everyone looks like the models in the AARP pamphlets).
We welcome old and new, outgoing and reserved and all types in
between! We reserve the right to give a 72 hr notice to vacate
tenants that are “over
the top”, so to speak. Most fit in great!
Location
& Description
Loveys is located in California one hour north of Sacramento
and the North Bay Area. We are on the Sacramento River beside the
rugged Sutter Buttes. Loveys enjoys proximity to great river beaches,
renown fishing holes, and the Pacific Flyway. The towns of Colusa
and Yuba City are about 10 and 15 minutes by car respectively. Nearby
highway 20 allows quick access to East-West and North-South travel.
Our
50 space park has a restaurant and full bar, a marina for boating,
outside restrooms with showers, and a camping area for out of town
guests. And enjoy the view from our riverside patio!
Rates
& More Information
Our sites are full hook-up with sewer. Garbage and water is
included. Rent begins on the 1st of each month. Any other move-in time
will be billed according to the terms and conditions presented on move-in.
Rates for 30 amps is $350 along with a $150 electrical deposit.
